The most pressing change in my life would be to draw closer to God and allow him to guide my path, so others will see him in me. I want to be a reflection of him, so his Love will abound in all I do, and to all I meet/interact with daily. I'm very b…

I think my best prayer is sometimes when I just start "chattering" to God about the different things in my life. It seems to go from there to real deep prayer more times than not. I actually learned that from an old book called "Papa's Daughter". I…

She was beginning to suspect that someone she had known for over 30 years had given her the heave-ho after discovering that she had become more serious about her faith. She was deeply hurt by this turn of events and wondered if it ever happened to other Christians.

Um . . . unfortunately, yes. Absolutely.

I told her of my own battle with this. I became a Christian at the age of 30. A statistical anoma… Continue

Laura, Jump in as facilitator for Christian Momlogic book club. If you'll post the next discussion for Last Mango in Texas, that would be great. Feel free to start new discussions. Also, I'll connect you with the publicist who provides the books for 25 members so you can brainstorm on the next selection. Perhaps we can connect with other publishers in the future, as well. Also, we can have books not provided. It's not a bad idea for us to occasionally buy a book as a group to discuss. : ) Let's brainstorm ideas on how to make this group come alive. We can consider a giveaway.
