The first thing I always want is a nice big glass of tea with caffeine! I miss it when I'm pregnant.
When I gave birth to my son, the first thing I said was "is he ok? Is he ok?" It was a difficult labor and I was so worried. It felt like forever before they placed him into my waiting arms and I gazed upon his face.
We make lists and charts of what we need to do. Time is something they'll always have to keep track of so it's important to start now.

I want to get in shape because I want to live longer for my family. I"m tired of not being healthy. I have recently started eating right and exercising and I could use some more help.

We've been having a lot of soup lately packed with loads of veggies and chicken. Also I tried something new, chili with ground turkey. It was only ok, it said to use a can of tomato sauce with the kidney beans but we thought it was a little to much…
